New students to our school know how exciting it is first getting into martial arts learning something new every day. some of us have been doing this for many years i love this sport its my life but its become the normal day to day for me. coming out of this seminar i feel really rejuvenated and more excited about martial arts than i have been in along time. Being able to start again as a white belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu is an incredible opportunity. A student is the most important thing to be at any level as a martial artist we all have something to learn especially me! I cant wait to continue to train GI under Coach Palmer and learn more of what Professor Soca has already shown him.  At CNY Where all about goals and helping you achieve them so i thought in closing id post some of the new short and long term goals ive set for myself after the seminar. hopefully you can all help students and instructors alike to motivate and guide me in making them happen.

Train BJJ in GI working to earn a blue belt

Compete in grappling tournaments in both gi and nogi first stop FREDONIA!

Travel to professor soca's school in long island over the summer to take lessons under him

Travel to Brazil as a vacation to train
