Last April I vowed to get my weight where it belongs. At Coach Charles' suggestion, I posted my intentions here on the network...kind of a public challenge to myself. Now as I hop on the scale this morning, I find myself down 19 lbs. 6 more pounds to go and ill be where I need to be. Next competition will be competed at 145 lbs.

Getting my weight where it needs to be

Last April I vowed to get my weight where it belongs. At Coach Charles' suggestion, I posted my intentions here on the network...kind of a public challenge to myself. Now as I hop on the scale this morning, I find myself down 19 lbs. 6 more pounds to go and ill be where I need to be. Next competition will be competed at 145 lbs.

#1. I'm going to LOVE working in a Gi! Outside of the Gi portion of the Soca seminar - I had rolled about an hour in a gi before my first gi division yesterday. Wonderful experience! Very different, but very enjoyable. Now that Binghamton CNY will have regular gi classes - I'll be better prepared for the next one.

The policy regarding class cancellations is generally as follows - if your local schools are closed - NOT delayed, but closed; then morning CNY MMA classes are closed. Evening class cancellation is generally determined by the local weather advisory's and whether after school activities are canceled. To be absolutely sure as to whether classes are canceled when bad weather strikes, check the network and/or Facebook for updates.

I don't know if they will show his fight with Pete Spratt or not (which Tamdan won by triangle), but Tamdans 1st UFC event from June of 2007 is on Spike right now! Check it out!
