Gold Test Saturday, May 7 @ 12pm in Binghamton

Binghamton Members:

We will be hosting a Level II Gold Test this Saturday, May 7 at 12 noon at CNY Binghamton. The test fee is $30, or free for all unlimited members.  The sign-up sheet is posted on the Bulletin Board along with a copy of the Level II Curriculum.

Your first gold shirt is included with the test fee, please list your shirt size when signing up.  Be sure to stop in for a class and sign up this week!

     I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to the CNY MMA family. For those that I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting, I'm the new program director at the Binghamton school. The last few weeks have been very exciting for me, and I have been learning a lot.
