CNY BBQ/Boxing at The Cortland County Fairgrounds

cnymma paintball game at Ithica paintball

July 24, 2011 from 11am to 5pm
On july 24th I will be hosting a paintball game for all cnymma members at ithica paintball.  Ithica paintball has agreed to take 10 dollars of the price of the field fee for us that day.  so the price we will pay is 20 dollars . that will include rental gear , air , and 500 rounds of paint. 15 dollars for an additional 500 rounds. This is a good price , so take avantage of it. come out and have some fun with us .

My first tournament is done. My cardio didn't fail me, my strength was there. I came up short in two matches. Sure I would have liked to have had more offense and not have spent so much time fighting off the choke, but in the end my family was proud of me, my team mates and coaches were encouraging. My first tournament is done. My cardio didn't fail me, my strength was there. I came up short in two matches. Sure I would have liked to have had more offense and not have spent so much time fighting off the choke, but in the end my family was proud of me, my team mates and coaches were encouraging. With minor bruises, mat burns, and a sore neck I know that I will be back on the mat again.
