CNY MMA INVITATIONAL GRAPPLING CHAMPIONSHIPS--Youth
Regan Ward vs Bomani Goynes~~Bomani competing in our 1st tournament after only 1 month of joining CNY MMA Watertown. I wanted him to try to win on his own without coaching. After his 1st match loss by rear naked choke from Regan, my wife thought it would be better if I gave him a hand. Bomani did great and we're very proud of him. Bomani won 3rd place. Great tournament from CNY MMA, Cortland, NY, June 5, 2010!!!

I lost my 1st match as well, to a heel hook (didn't have our camera set up in time to record that one). Oh well, we have to start somewhere, hahaha!!!
